This checklist was created bc it allows you to get all the benefits of how I would work with you, personally.

I'd argue going through the checklist is even more effective than 1-1 conversation, bc you can do it on your own time, take as long as you want to read the content, and most importantly access RayAI (beta).

The app is your resource to build, measure, and improve your health program.

2 - Write objectives

Consider and write down your goal(s) in the app. We need to know where we are going, and this takes <1 min.

3 - Do baseline assessments

Know where you are starting. You improve what you measure.

4 - Nutrition

Nutrition is the bedrock for all health objectives. We make it easy to make instant improvements.

5 - Exercise

Exercise is more powerful than any drug. Get started no matter your schedule or access to equipment.

6 - Supplements

Most supplements are useless, but there are some worth considering. Here are science and experience backed supplements that actually work.

7 - Build, test, learn

Become a founder for life. You know the foundation. Now just execute. Keep learning more about yourself, health science, and internalizing why things work. Never stop.
