Why should you trust me?
First of all, you don't have to. I'm not gonna try to convince you through an article. It won't work, and I don't really care to try if you're already skeptical.
That being said, if you're motivated, I really care that you reach your health objectives by becoming founder of your own health program.
I do not like bragging. It makes me feel like a tool to say "At YC or at McKinsey....."
I am writing this article to have a link for anyone that asks who I am, what my credentials are, or why they should trust what I say. (So I do not have to explain it 1000x)

I enjoy investing in startups and have done 30+ seed to series E stage investments. Notable ones include (SpaceX 2015, Stripe 2015, Spotify pre-IPO, Airbnb pre-IPO, and a bunch of early stage ones you haven't heard of...yet)
I have a fund with a group of friends/ballers. GO fund. GO stands for green onion. Bc green onion is fire.
I'd rate cooking as the thing I am most elite at.
The reason why isn't pure flavor (though I am very good at making things taste good).
The reason why is I know how to maximize flavor, while keeping it healthy.
What is healthy? Let's just say higher protein, higher fiber, lower fat, lower refined carbs.
I cook almost every single night, and don't like eating out bc I think I can make it taste better, be healthier, and be cheaper than 99% of restaurants. (I do go out to not be a hermit, and get ideas for new recipes).
I highly recommend learning how to cook, and will do my best to teach you how.
Now you have a decision.
Do you still want to put your founders' hat on...for your health?
I think it's a no brainer...especially when everything I'll suggest is meant to fit into a busy career-focused life.
If the answer is yes, continue to the next article:
