This system is the best way for you to achieve your peak health, accomplish your unique health objectives, for life. But before telling you how, let's discuss who this system is for.

This system is for my friends, and people like my friends.

  • My friends are people that are highly successful and kill it in life -> extreme focus on career, business, family or hobbies.
  • My friends' most valuable resource is time -> no time to waste.

Because of the above, most of my friends have not focused on their health.

They want to know if they are in good health, improve their metrics if needed, and improve how they look too. But all of this must fit into their existing life.

I'm 39, an Ivy League engineer, MD, MBA, McKinsey consultant, and YC founder (with an exit).

My most recent blood tests indicate I have low risk for heart disease and have good metabolic health. DEXA scan show I have low body fat %, high bone strength, and high lean muscle mass. I'm strong for my size, and my most unique skill may be that I'm good at cooking food that is healthy and tastes really good.

I was able to do this by bringing a founders mentality to my own health. This resulted in creating a health program for myself, that is sustainable and effective.

How it works

Get your assessments:

  • Blood test (most important biomarkers for heart disease and metabolism)
  • DEXA scan (body fat %, lean muscle mass, bone density)
  • Exercise (VO2 max, strength)

I'll make a personal nutrition/exercise/supplement/medication (if necessary) plan for you, based on your assessments, lifestyle preferences, and goals.

  • You write down what you do in our app
  • You get action items and knowledge articles through our app
  • We communicate through our app

And reassess in 3 months..
